Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Tailor made orders
Items on sale.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do all custom and personalized orders if there is some particular models that we don't have you send us a picture with your measures and we will create the fur of your dreams.

Care instructions

upon receipt of your garment:
Shake it well. your item most likely spent sometime in a box on its way to your.
Shake it well and hang it in a well ventilated area. Use A. WIDE HANGER.
Brush it VERY SOFLTY on the direction of the hair

IF IT GETS WET:
Fur can get wet by rain or snow, don't worry
Shake it well
Hang it in a well ventilated area - never close to any heat source such as fireplace or radiators.
Heat dries it up and can really harm the fur

STORAGE :
Keep your coat in a wide hanger.
Away from sunlight and heat sources
In a dark space where the fur can breath in a wardrobe with sufficient space
Never in plastic bag

Every couple of years your fur needs cleaning, note that you can use only a certified professional fur cleaner, normal dry cleaners can harm your fur master piece so make sure you choose the right one.
